WSC Event Consulting understand the needs and importance of great hotel options when it comes to your event.  We can coordinate with hotels to fit the needs of your event and make this process seamless to your attendees.  Your consultant will be there to negotiate room rates and concessions to help maximize your attendees satisfaction.

• Our consultant can set it up to have your attendees call the hotels directly to book their rooms or can be the single point of contact for attendees for a rooming block option whichever suites your needs. 
• The hotels that are contracted are choosen based on your event and the needs of your attendees.  Once the event is listed other hotels can be added by your attendees request if they have other preferences.
• These hotels can be contracted without attrition and event cancellation policies.
• We will track the rooms booked at each of your hotels to make sure you have the most information possible on your housing.
• We will be there onsite to help with your attendees housing issues to make sure their stay goes smooth.
• We do all the leg work with the hotels for you helping you save time and ultimately money.
• Our service has no out of pocket cost to you.
